I really hate ripping out the mistakes I invariably make. Love the projects. I really hope I win one of these prizes!

I think next to hand sewing is taking out or unsewing. Mostly because I'm s-l-o-w at both. Yes, "Pokey" is an earned name, oh, well. . . .
More fun stuff to see!

Being new to sewing, I would have to say... wanting to know how to do it all and getting frustrated at something that should be simple.

I am learning something new everyday! I hope that continues! thanks for having me!

I don't like cutting out the pattern...or making mistakes and unsewing. Is it alright to have two least favorite things...I'm still eligible, right?

Those projects look really neat. So do you get everything necessary to make the projects? Or supply your own fabrics, etc?

I forgot to say what my least favorite thing about sewing would be. It would either be ripping out mistakes, or probably #1 would be the cutting out process. Although since I've starting using the rotary cutter it has gotten much easier and faster!

I least enjoy running out of fabric! Not ALL fabric (that is why we have a stash) but the RIGHT fabric for a particular project--when I take a chance that I can stretch something and, whoops, doesn't quite work. It has only happened a few times, but...that is enough.

My least favorite thing to do in sewing is ripping out my mistakes, which seems to happen a lot. So... perseverance and slowing down seem to be much-needed lessons. :)

My least favourite part of sewing at the moment would have to be pre-washing the fabric. I just want to get on with things, not wash, dry, iron...

I was first thinking it would be ripping out my mistakes. On second thoughts, these could be avoided, so I would say hiding the end of the thread while hand-quilting. I have the tendency to stitch until the thread is so short, it makes it difficult to finish it easily and hide the knot between the layers.
