My written excuse

She has been lazy and unresponsive to her surroundings. The music, lights, flickerings of flashy toys, Green trees spotted in windows, little wreaths and carolers have been just too much.

She has finally given in.

She has put off to the latest moment possible for adorning the home with some Christmas-sy stuff.

Please show kindness and forgiveness to her and allow her to get her home ready for Christmas with just 17 days left to do so.

She will make a promise that next year will be more festive and decorative.
